In July 2024: GW and its subsidiaries have more than 180 patent applications, including more than 80 invention patent applications, and more than 30 invention patents have been authorized; Directly related air-cooled fiber laser patents: 16, of which one PCT has entered the national stage; 7 invention patent applications, 2 have been authorized; 9 utility model patents have been applied for, and 5 have been authorized.

More energy efficient 976nm pumping technology

  • 976nm pumping technology has high electro-optic conversion efficiency, and the module electric conversion efficiency is  ≥43% 
  • Energy density close to the physical limit, good beam quality, 3kw-20um standard products 
  • Energy saving, environmental protection, low energy consumption, the same power 1500 watts of air-cooled hand-held welding power is about 4KW, which is 60% of the water cooling solution power consumption
